Megan combines her background as a math teacher, widow, solo parent, and caregiver to guide widows and caregivers toward financial security and freedom. As co-founder of the Cape Fear Community of the Modern Widows Club and current Board Chair, Megan brings passion and insight to her work, helping widows align their money with their life values. She cherishes time with her two grown children, enjoys Salsa and Bachata dancing, reading, and traveling. Megan’s holistic approach integrates personal experience with professional expertise to support widows in living fulfilling, empowered lives.

Cindy is the author of The 7 L's of Financial Planning and is deeply committed to empowering widows through informed decision-making. She lives in Longwood, Florida, enjoying family life, philanthropy, and ministry.
